General Practice finance has become more complicated in recent years. The reliability of NHSE, Public Health and others to pay on time has diminished. Federations need to have quality information to share with their shareholders and other stakeholders and provide them with confidence that they are using their funds and resources appropriately.
RBP Cloud Accounting has partnered with Xero which provides both clients and non-clients of RBP with a new accounting software solution that will assist with the general management of their practice, super practice, federation or PCN. It has also enabled them to comply with HMRC’s new implementation of Making Tax Digital (MTD) by a simple click of a button.
Xero is a cloud based software. This allows you to run your accounting program remotely and holds the information in the “cloud”. Anyone with access to the internet and the right level of security clearance, that you choose, can access the programme.
RBP Cloud Accounting provide exceptional and tailored Xero training so you can get the most out of the program.
The session is conducted via a remote screen share session with one of our Xero certified trainers. They will set up the software with you and provide you with the necessary training on how to use the software.
We can also provide a simple set up service that you may feel is more suitable.
This service will provide the following:
• Purchase the software
• Upload tailored chart of accounts
• Enter the opening balances if available
• Set up the bank account/s - although you will need to initiate the feed due to data protection and this will enable you to refresh when required
• Create the template for the Open Exeter statement and design reports tailored to your requirements
